Yemen Crisis

As you know, the situation in Yemen is very bad with our brothers and sisters facing war on top of which there has been the recent flash-flooding which has affected many families.

Waltham Forest Council of Mosques (WFCOM), in partnership with Muslims in Need, have organised a container of vital supplies to be sent to Yemen to help the suffering. We are asking every family in our community to donate something to this cause, even if it’s a few cans of food or small packs of rice.

Alhamdulillah we are so blessed here with being able to feed ourselves and our families with a huge variety of foods at iftar time so it is important we help others who are not in the same position as us.

To make it easy for the volunteers helping, please deliver your items straight to container location (address on the left). If, however, you are unable to, please drop off to the Masjid and arrangements will be made for its collection.
